Auctions at AAA Meetings
We conduct an auction at every AAA meeting. We auction items that have been donated to the AAA, and we auction items for you at a 70:30 split. 70% of the sales price goes to you, the seller, and 30% goes to the AAA to help us pay for the venue, provide food and drinks, bring in speakers, and so on.
AAA Buy/Sell Discord Server
The AAA Discord Server was set up for the selling and buying of all aquarium related items, including live fish. If you are not on the social media platform Discord, please create an account first, and then follow this link to our server.
AAA Facebook Group
The AAA Facebook Group as the club's main means of communication with members and the public.
Facebook does not allow the buying and selling of live fish!
If we violate this policy, Facebook will close the group down! Please adhere carefully to the rules!
Please use the AAA Discord Server for buying and selling, but if you must use Facebook, the re-homing of live fish is allowed, and you can charge a re-homing fee.
You cannot say: "I have guppies for sale for $10".
You can say: "I want to re-home guppies, and the re-homing fee is $10".
Businesses that want to use the AAA Facebook Group for advertising need to be AAA Sponsors and be approved by an admin. Please contact us for more info.
